Generator-STC series

This series of generators is suitable for lighting and power three-phase AC power supply in rural areas, towns, construction sites, mountainous areas and pastoral areas, and can also be used as a backup power supply for emergency use.
The generator is a drip-proof transition type and adopts a harmonic magnetic system, which is safe and reliable to use and simple and convenient to maintain.
The generator is a three-phase and four-wire system, and adopts a star connection method with neutral points. The rated line voltage is 400 volts, the phase voltage is 230 volts, the frequency is 50 Hz, and the power factor is 0.8 (hysteresis). Generators with 60 Hz and other voltage values can also be provided as needed.
The generator and the prime mover can be directly connected or connected with a triangle belt, and the forward and reverse rotation are rated for continuous operation. When the prime mover speed changes to 3%, the load changes arbitrarily from 0↔100%, cosφ1.0↔0.8. Its constant voltage performance is excellent. It can quickly adapt to and work stably when the load is suddenly increased or decreased. At the same time, it can directly start the no-load squirrel cage-type asynchronous motor with a capacity of 0.7 times without any starting device.

This series of single-phase AC synchronous generators are mainly used as lighting for small ships and power sources for household appliances in towns and villages.
The generator is drip-proof, salient pole rotating magnetic field self-excited constant voltage type. High-quality electromagnetic materials and electrical materials are used inside, the stator insulation is E (or B) pole, and the rotor insulation is B pole. The generator has an elegant appearance, a sturdy and durable structure, and is easy to maintain. The installation dimensions adopt the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standard. If the B-type end cover is used, it can also meet the matching requirements of Australia, Europe and the United States.
The generator adopts two excitation systems: harmonic excitation constant voltage and automatic voltage control excitation constant voltage. It has excellent kinetic energy characteristics, is easy to use, reliable, and durable.
The voltage of the generator is 230 volts or 115 volts (it can also be made into 240 volts or 120 volts as needed), the frequency is 50 Hz or 60 Hz, and the working mode is continuous operation.
The generator can be directly connected to the prime mover or connected with a V-belt. When the speed of the prime mover is 5%, whether the frequency is 50 Hz or 60 Hz, the voltage is 230 V or 115 V, and the load is from 0-100%, satisfactory constant voltage performance can be obtained.

Compared with STC series generators, TZH series generators have the following 5 advantages:
The composite excitation structure is adopted, with simple circuit, good reliability and simple maintenance.
Good dynamic performance, even if the load is suddenly added or unloaded, the lamp will not flicker.
Strong starting performance can directly start the motor with 70% capacity without any additional devices.
The voltage is close to the positive wave, and the output can be safely used to calculate the power supply.
When the generator bears an unbalanced load, the deviation of the three-phase voltage is less than 3%.
